i hate that this is supposed to make things better or make you stop worrying . pain is relative , stop trying to depreciate what i feel .
Word. And on a scientific level, everyone responds to stimuli differently, so it’s no one’s place to judge what’s “worse” or who’s “better.”

Everyone chooses someone over me.
I’m not anyone’s first choice. I’m not anyone’s favorite. People may tell me I mean a lot to them and that I’m special to them but I know there’s someone they will always choose over me.
I actually find this pretty unreasonable. Life doesn’t always come down to black and white choices. If you truly believe this, you’ve convinced yourself that there was a choice to be made. You wouldn’t feel like someone was being chosen over you if you weren’t turning it into a choice in your mind. In fact, the person who supposedly chose someone else over you mostly likely never saw what they did as choosing someone over you. Give people a chance and open your mind. I think you’ll find that you’re a lot happier when you have more faith in human nature.
